Returns (7 Days)
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishables: chocolate and other food items
- Custom/Personalized items: including custom print or made-to-order products
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away via contact if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund (as appropriate).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe).
- Processing times can vary by bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Shipping Your Return
Please do not send items back before your return is approved. After approval, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any loss/damage in transit, so we recommend a trackable service.
