Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
- Standard orders: Processed within 2–3 business days.
- Custom or printed items: Processed within 3–5 business days, or sooner depending on approval timelines.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Service.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping: Available for an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.
- Orders ship within the continental USA. For P.O., F.P.O., and A.P.O. boxes, contact us before purchase for shipping rates.
3. Perishable Items
For large orders or summer shipping, we use custom cold packs to ensure products like chocolate and other perishable foods arrive in good condition.
4. Tracking Your Order
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us via our Contact page.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, and a replacement will be sent.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to correct the shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipping is necessary.
7. Shipping to Individual Recipients
CoolGiftBox can ship gifts directly to individual addresses, including employees, clients, or other recipients. Simply provide the recipient list, and we’ll handle the rest.
